I like to script my gratitude in a journal as a list, even for things I want to achieve or receive in the future. By writing out words of gratitude, I am giving off the energy of it already being done, of me already having received it. So I will write, I am so happy and grateful for the $10,000 we received out of the blue. Or I am so blessed to have received an unexpected check in the mail today. Isn't it wonderful?
